Preparing for Asia Trip

April 29th

Flew into SeaTac Airport, Mom and Mary Ellen (my sister) picked me up. We drove straight to Levi and Rachael’s in Bonney Lake. Had some beautiful views of Mt. Rainier. The mountain looked so clear and powdery white.

Levi was not feeling well with a cold, congestion, flu and fever. Wyatt was anxious to show me his room. “Grandpa LeRoy, let me show you my room!” Two different times he took me to his room. I had a great time playing with his toy cars and vehicles on the “streets” on his floor. Wyatt also "played" the guitar for us. Mary Ellen captured some of it on video. Ace woke up and charmed us all. He has changed so much! He is an adorable baby with a great disposition. Rachael was beautiful as ever, but looked tired. It was hard to leave them, but we didn’t want to stay too late. Bonney Lake impressed me as a growing community. Things appeared so “fresh” and “new” to me.
